  Bought a young school age Puma brand child's winter coat approx 3 weeks ago.. zipper already broke.. called to ask if they would exchange it so the child would have a coat .. They asked if tags were still on it ( clearly we live in Wisconsin and she is 4 .. ) No we don't leave tags on her clothes when she is wearing them ... So with no receipt and no tags on they WILL not replace / exchange it. ( They could have clearly looked in the racks / inventory to see / confirm it was the jacket they carry ) !! Should have stayed with TJ Maxx , they have excellent customer service and honor their shoppers !!
