  Spent about 25 minutes in the store walking up and down every isle looking for one thing and was never asked for help in an almost empty store, in the middle of the day, on a Sunday. I did eventually find what I was looking for but chose to buy it elsewhere because of the poor customer service. Upon leaving, I was asked by an associate who was chatting with 2 others at the register, no customers, if I needed assistance. Office Max/ Depot has got to step up its game if it wants to make it long term. This year stores like Toys'r Us met bankruptcy. Gotta step up the customer service if you want to survive. Sure it's easy to say it is always the price that drives customers to not shop, but really it is the experience and physically touching the product. Every customer should be greeted and checked up on. I am now going to buy my product on Amazon, not because it is easier, but because I feel like they will appreciate me as a customer more.
