I am disappointed to have driven an hour today to return an item to this store, only to have no one working a customer service counter to accept a return. I was told I would have to get in line behind the other at least 20 people waiting to check out. Really??? I walked out and will not return. The $25 item that I stood in line for 15 minutes to purchase wasn’t worth spending another 1/2 hr to return it.
