Very friendly, professional, and attentive - went out of her way to get what was needed, she provided an awesome experience for all involved (mothers, family, bridesmaids and friends). The only reason not 5 stars: shoes were buy one get one 50% off, bride let 6 bridesmaids use the discount, she bought her headpiece, dress, cups, crinoline and shoes, and bridesmaids all bought their dresses and shoes and some undergarments and they couldn't give the bride $10 off her shoes?
