- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆April 15, 2019, by A Google UserI am very unhappy with ACT Telecom - formerly the Koxlien Group. They misled me when selling me a High Volume Calling Plan through AT&T. Plan was completely inappropriate for my volume. Of course, they would do nothing about it since my contract was with AT&T not with them. Beware!!
